This English style porter features a semi-sweet dark chocolate aroma and flavour with subtle wild cherry notes in the finish.

5.  Surgenor Brewing Company - Red House Ale
Red House Ale is an intense amber colour, with a full flavour body. Overtaken by a citrusy hop character and a fine floral aroma, this Ale is pleasant and thirst quenching - yet deceptively complex.

6.  Lighthouse Brewing Company - Keepers Stout
This Irish style black ale is authentic full-flavoured ale with a clean and roasted finish with a smooth and malty character.

Chocolate:

1. Peach Lambic -With 'Octarine' - dark chocolate ganache with intense passionfruit flavours.

2. Black tusk ale - with my chocolate "Barnabas the Tortoise" -  soft caramel and milk chocolate centre, lightly flavoured with brandy and topped with a maple glazed pecan

3. One Lambic - with my chocolate "Melissa" - a milk chocolate bonbon filled with crispy biscuit flakes, hazelnuts and honey.

4. Russell Winter Porter or Hermann's - with my Classic DarkNymph bar

5. Red house ale - with the "Chariot of Fire" - dark chocolate and chili ganache

6. Keeper's stout - with the "illa" a dark chocolate ganache blended with dark caramelized sugar and sea salt.
